The Toast Farcito at Sant Ambroeus is one of my favorite things to eat! I love stopping at the bar (particularly in the summer in the Southampton location) and ordering a “Toast” and a glass of wine! So delicious.
Parma Cotto, Swiss cheese with marinated artichokes and roasted peppers is just the best, and one of the reasons why is the execution. It is toasted so perfectly that you can almost snap the sandwich in half – it is just perfect.
A quick stop at the bar, just the way Italians, “take” a coffee in Italy, I am enjoying a quick, super delicious lunch and am on my way.
